Jade Ashleigh Howard (born April 3 1995) is a Zambian swimmer.[1] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's 100 metre freestyle, finishing in 39th place overall in the heats, failing to qualify for the semifinals.

In 2016 she represented Zambia at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Howard, who was in heat two of the 100 metre women freestyle semi-finals, finished fourth timing 58:47seconds.[2] She became the third Zambian to be eliminated at the tournaments after boxer Ben Muziyo and judoka Mathews Punza.
