Peter Zuze was a flying Ace. During one of his covert missions to do some mischief in the then Rhodesia, by order of KK, Peter Zuze was intercepted by Rhodesian jet fighters. Then they escorted him back to the then Salisbury, in fighter formation. Peter Zuze complied and flew with them to an air base in Salisbury. Then it was time to land and that is when Peter Zuze showed the Rhodesian boys who is boss. He touched down and then created a thick cloud of smoke. By the time the smoke cleared he was gone, flying back to Zambia at supersonic speed. The Rhodesians were left to lick their humble tails.

Lt. Gen. Peter Dingiswayo Zuze (born 18 December 1942) is a Zambian officer and diplomat.

Education

He was educated at Munali Secondary School and joined the Zambia Air Force in 1965, raising through the ranks to Commander and Chief of General Staff.

Diplomatic career

He was appointed High Commissioner to Canada from 1979 to 1982 during the Kenneth Kaunda government. He was later appointed High Commissioner to the United Kingdom from 1982 to 1986. From 1986 to 1991, Zuze was Permanent Representative to the United Nations 1986 to 1991.
