Arthur Yoyo was a Zambian journalist and former presidential aide for press and public relations to President Levy Mwanawasa. He also served as permanent secretary under the ministries of Labour and Social Security, Youth and Sport and was later transferred to the Copperbelt Province in the same capacity.[1] As a journalist, he served as sports editor at the Zambia Daily Mail.[2]

Death

Yoyo died on at the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka on 8 September 2015 after battling kidney failure for about nine years. He survived by a spouse, seven children and 11 grandchildren. [1]
