Philip Mutika Jr professionally know as Phil Dill is a hip hop singer and songwriter. Phill is also known to be the founder and owner of the website Zambian Music Blog.

Phil attended his high school at Kitwe Boys High School[1].

Professional career

Mutika started his blogging career in 2011 and later that year he launched the website called Zambian Music Blog to write about news in the entertainment business. Te following year his website was shut down due to high traffic. The following year he got the website back this time on a new domain. After reopening on a new domain the website returned its status after they posted JK's song tiled Paduze. JK shared the link [2] to his song from the website and 2 months later it got its original status back.
