The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) is a tertiary learning institution in Zambia. The college offers courses such as Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Protect Management, Presentation Skills, CISCO, NGO Management, Basic and Advanced Accounting.

Campuses
NIPA has two campuses. The main campus is located on Dushambe Road and the second one on Burma Road in Lusaka.
