Masautso Nkhoma' (born 17 March 1986) better known by his stage name, Ruff Kid[1][2]is a Zambian hip hop recording artist and 2012 best International Act winner at the Black Entertainment Film Fashion Television and Arts (BEFFTA) Awards. He debuted in 2000 with the his hit single Wekatemwikwa. Ruff Kid is also the chief executive officer of his own label imprint, Kang'ono Records. According to the artist, the name Ruff Kid depicts where he comes from and the struggles he had encountered while growing up.
